Services
Mental Health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental Health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. Many factors contribute to Mental Health problems, including:

Biological factors, such as genes or brain chemistry

Life experiences, such as trauma or abuse

Socioeconomic factors
If you or someone you know is experiencing any of these challenges, help is available. Our team of practitioners service individuals ages 3 and up.
Anger Management Group:
This service allows individuals who have difficulty expressing the normal feeling of anger, to manage their emotions appropriately.

Medication Management Group:
This service allows individuals currently under the care of our on-site psychiatrist to receive services along with peers.
​
Seeking Safety Group:
This service works with youth who suffer from trauma and/or substance abuse. The treatment aims to eliminate high-risk and unsafe behaviors.

Social Skills Group:
This service helps youth experiencing difficulty with peer relationships, social isolation an/ or bullying learn how to read social cues and respond appropriately.
Individual Therapy:
This service allows individuals dealing with emotional and/or disruptive behaviors an avenue towards healthy change. Therapists use an array of therapeutic techniques to increase engagement and alignment with the client, which leads to an increased sense of well-being.
Family Therapy:
This service works with youth who suffer from trauma and/or substance abuse. The treatment aims to eliminate high-risk and unsafe behaviors

Targeted Case Management: This service allows any client receiving at least two services from our agency to be linked with an advocate. TCM's advocate for their clients regarding education, medical and other personal needs.

Psychiatric Services:
This service allows clients with debilitating mental health issues to receive medication from our on-site board certified psychiatrists.
